Welcome to the PSSA!

While your courses provide the academic foundation to understand politics, policy, and human rights, there’s no substitute for the hands-on experience you gain by getting involved with the Political Science Student Association (PSSA) and its subsidiaries.

Whether you’re attending a workshop to build practical skills, joining a panel on global issues, or networking at events that connect you with professionals and alumni, the PSSA offers countless opportunities to grow beyond the classroom. Taking on a leadership role within our team gives you real-world experience that will prepare you for life after graduation -whether you’re headed into graduate school, public service, advocacy, or beyond.

Whether you’re in your first year, your last, or somewhere in between, getting involved is one of the best ways to enrich your university experience and make lasting connections.

If you have any questions about who we are or how to get involved, don’t hesitate to reach out. Our team is always available and eager to support you. Visit us in person in our office or email us directly at Genco@pssa.ca
